Dan has been a Porsche enthusiast for as long as he can remember — he bought and restored a 914 as a teenager in 1988, and never looked back. He graduated at the top of his class from Universal Technical Institute in 1992 with a 4.0 and perfect attendance.

After nearly a decade as a technician at an independent Porsche shop, Dan opened Exotic Motorwerks in 2002. His diagnostic approach is meticulous and detail-obsessed — the reason customers, and even the local dealership, send their harder problems his way.

Dan works on the full Porsche range — from current models to the classics — with unusually deep expertise on the 924S, 944, 968, and 928, knowledge that's genuinely rare and something few shops in the valley can match.

Carl brings more than 20 years of experience as a factory-trained master technician, with specialized expertise across Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Rolls-Royce — and hands-on command of gas, diesel, and electric powertrains.

As shop foreman he works alongside Dan on everything from routine maintenance to the most complex repairs, and customers single him out by name in reviews as a true master mechanic.
